Sea salt

Unprocessed sea salt is what remains after the water evaporates and theoretically undergoes little to no processing.

It is mainly used in cooking, but it also has important medicinal properties as it prevents osteoporosis, normalizes cardiac arrhythmia, strengthens the immune system and helps to clean blocked pores in the skin.
